- Is VAT included, and is delivery charged separately?
- Are "add-ons" such as package protection already ticked? You can untick them.
- Where does it ship from, and who pays for returns?
- Is a fused UK three-pin plug confirmed?
- Pay by credit card where appropriate. Section 75 can apply when a qualifying individual item’s cash price is over £100 and no more than £30,000; adding several cheaper heaters together does not automatically qualify.
Your UK consumer rights
For most online orders, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery and get a refund (Citizens Advice). Goods must also be safe, as described and of satisfactory quality (Consumer Rights Act). A seller's guarantee is extra. It doesn't replace these rights.
